Finland offers much in the way of nature, with mostly boreal forest and more than 180.000 recorded lakes. There’s hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, all in 4 very different seasons throughout the year.
My day job revolves around building software and managing the workings of a team of engineers, and in my spare time I find it rewarding to get my hands dirty and learn new and practical things.
I use the blog on my site to document some of the experimentation I do, with failures and successes, hoping that it might be useful to someone doing research on that particular topic I choose to cover. It’s useful for me as well to write it all down and organize it in a format that I know others can read, criticize and provide feedback.
